Main Task: Titles (1)

In today's lesson I started editing the titles for our film. We want the titles to relate to the genre of our film. If the viewer sees them, he should be able to say. "Oh yes, that looks like an action or crime drama!" This is our aim and we try to reach it. Today I started with a first try, here is a screenshot if it:

At the moment we ware not sure if we want to have the titles on a black screen or if we want to fade them in during the movie. The problem with our first try is that the outer glow looks good on a black screen, but if you put a coloured picture under it, there might be problems to read it. The big "Film Title" will definetely be over a black screen, because with the big type we show that this is the title of our movie. The smaller ones, for example our names and the names of the actors, might be fade in during the film so that we save a bit of our time.

I used to work with Adobe Photoshop before, so I didn't really could improve my knowledge, because the titles are, as you can see, very basic. But I got to know which formates work work with Premier Elements and Photoshop, etc.
